Tim WebberPresident
Tim Webber has more than 35 years of experience in thermal and primary heavy oil, including 17 years in steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD). This led to his extensive knowledge of surface facilities and their interaction with reservoir and wellbore performance. He also has expertise with full-cycle facilities engineering capabilities, detailed process engineering for produced water de-oiling, and general SAGD process engineering. Tim’s diverse background includes field production, including operating and supervising heavy oil facilities, as well as regulatory, commissioning, process and operations support.

Paul BondLead Mechanical Engineer
Paul Bond is professional mechanical engineer with 18 years of experience as a piping engineer on conventional oil and gas facilities. He has an extensive background that encompasses both field and plant facilities. Paul is highly qualified in piping and pipeline stress analysis, and he also holds significant expertise in finite element analysis of pipe and vessel supports. His diverse background includes 12 years of experience as a piping engineer in heavy oil, steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) and petrochemical facilities.

Craig BellSecretary/Treasurer
Craig Bell is a Calgary-based Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and lawyer. He is a highly experienced member of the team with more than three decades of experience in financial administration, tax law, corporate governance and strategic management. Throughout his career, Craig has advised multiple levels of government on legal, financial, and fiscal policy issues and has practiced law in several jurisdictions. In the last few years, Craig has focused primarily on the business of innovation, assisting in the commercial exploitation of intellectual property.

Dave VrkljanC/S/A Lead
Dave Vrkljan is a civil/structural engineer with more than 24 years of experience. His background is with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies in the areas of SAGD heavy oil production and processing, mining, power generation and transmission, gas and gas liquids processing, sulphur recovery, pipelines, and retrofit and repair of petrochemical facilities. Dave also has experience developing design criteria and scope requirements for specialist services. Prior to obtaining his civil engineering degree, he spent eight years in the heavy construction industry.

Todd KeevillEI&C Lead
Todd Keevill has more than 22 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation and automation engineering in the oil and gas industry. Todd has completed many SAGD heavy oil projects, including those for MEG Energy, CNRL, StatOil, Cenovus and Suncor. He also provides project management services and has been part of consulting teams executing contracts for large international EPC and EPCM projects. Todd has provided engineering for all stages of project evolution from conceptual, feed and detail engineering phases through to construction, commissioning and start-up.

Mike KeevillEI&C
Mike Keevill has more than 28 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation and automation engineering in the oil and gas industry, as well as in manufacturing. He has completed several SAGD heavy oil projects, including those for Cenovus and Suncor. He also provides diversity to the team by providing extensive electrical and automation experience from the manufacturing and power utility industries. Mike is an industry facility engineering expert and his speciality is managing design teams to execute project detail design through to construction and start-up.

Cary MathewsonPiping Lead
Cary Mathewson has more than 18 years of experience in piping and structural design and detailing in the oil and gas industry. He worked for fabricators and engineering firms before starting his own design and drafting house. Cary’s design background includes gas fractionation, early oil production facilities, SAGD well pads, and debottlenecking of heavy oil central processing facilities. He has a proven record of managing projects from kickoff to completion. Cary’s team produces quality designs that provide construction and operations with an excellent and effective product.
